It wouldn’t be the true Hollywood lifestyle without camera crews invading LA sports and documenting every move, right? The Dodgers and Lakers already have their own channels on Spectrum Sportsnet, but they’re about to have some company on the big screen.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter announced this morning that HBO’s “Hard Knocks” is set to feature both LA football teams this upcoming season, the first time that two teams will be covered at the same time.
For the first time, Hard Knocks is planning to supersize and feature two teams this summer: the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers, league sources tell ESPN.*

This past season was a bit of a disappointment for both teams, but the 2020 season presents a chance for new beginnings as they enter a new stadium and start a new chapter here in LA. This will be the second appearance on the show for the Rams, who were first featured back in 2016, and who will hopefully be better prepared for the chaos that comes with a 24/7 camera crew.
While it will be exciting for the world to get an inside look at the life of our two teams, its hard to say if the players themselves are all that excited about this news.

One thing is for sure, the upcoming football season will be a memorable one in LA one way or another. That is if we have a football season in the first place.
