Lakers News: LeBron James Remains Game Time Decision Thursday, Anthony Davis’ Status Updated

The Lakers would love to have him in the lineup.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James remains questionable to play Thursday against the Pacers in Indiana. James is dealing with the left ankle soreness that has burdened him seemingly all season long, and head coach Darvin Ham said he’ll go through pregame warmups to determine his official status for Thursday’s game. The good news for Laker fans is Anthony Davis will for sure play.

Ham also said Patrick Beverley, who missed Tuesday’s game against the New York Knicks, will play and return to the starting lineup. It’ll be interesting to see what that means for Rui Hachimura, who played very well alongside James and Davis in the starting lineup on Thursday, putting in 19 points and adding nine rebounds.

Tip off for Thursday’s game is at 4 p.m. Pacific, so we’ll continue to update you on LeBron’s status as we get closer to game time.
