He gave some information on what he knows.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts provided an update on Gavin Lux’s apparent knee injury after the team’s 7-6 win over the San Diego Padres.
While Roberts didn’t have a lot to say, he confirmed that it was, in fact, a knee injury, and that Lux told him that he heard a pop in his knee.
Lux was carted off the field, and is headed to get an MRI to learn more.
The hope is that Lux’s injury is not too serious, and the fact that Roberts said “there was strength in the knee” definitely gives fans a little hope. But at this point, it’s too early to know exactly what’s going on. Here’s the whole update from Roberts, per Dodgers Nation on Youtube:
