Dodgers: Clayton Kershaw Challenges Cody Bellinger in Charity Juggling Match

Clayton Kershaw has done his part in making himself somewhat available online to help people get through the boredom of the nation-wide stay-at-home order. Last week he and his wife Ellen, along with their three children welcomed Dodgers fans into the Kershaw home for a day that involved pancakes, storytime, and pop-a-shot basketball.

On Monday we were back at the Kershaw’s place for a good cause.

Yes, after being challenged by former teammate Will Ferrell to a juggling competition, Clayton challenged Cody Bellinger along with friend Brad Paisley to beat his juggling skills.

However, the challenge does come with a COVID-19 themed twist… the participant has to juggle items they’ve hoarded. In Kershaw’s case, it was baseballs. It should be noted that the Dodgers sent pitchers home from spring training with baseballs while everyone scrambled to figure out their next moves.

Here’s Will Ferrell’s lead-in challenge.

Importantly, Kershaw’s juggling skills far exceed that of Will Ferrell’s. More importantly, all donations from this are going to a great cause with Cancer For College, who has been providing need-based college scholarships and educational experiences to cancer survivors since 1993.
