On Sunday night, Angels’ star Mike Trout broke the internet with a power display. But it wasn’t with a bat this time. Instead, the 28-year-old picked up a golf club and sent a ball halfway into orbit.

Trout was taking part in teammate Albert Pujols’ annual charity event held at Topgolf in Scottsdale, Arizona. Along with Trout and Pujols, Dodgers players were on full display for the good cause.
Cody Bellinger, Justin Turner, Max Muncy, and Austin Barnes all attended the event put together by the Pujols Foundation, a non-profit agency that helps promote awareness, provides hope and meets tangible needs for children and families who live with down syndrome.
Now, along with Trout, Belli also took a crack at crushing the golf ball. And he was incredibly successful.

Side note, Cody’s swing and incredibly straight ball flight is the type of stuff that might make your average weekend warrior golfer hang their clubs up for good.
Turns out, the ballplayers are good at hitting things.
It’s great to see baseball players come together for great causes like this. It’s also great to see two MVPs in Bellinger and Trout out here daddy hacking for the ‘gram.
