New York Knicks star Julius Randle wants to play with LeBron and Paul George in the All-Star Game
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is once again an All-Star captain, meaning he will draft the team he plays with at this year’s All-Star Game. New York Knicks star Julius Randle recently made a hilarious comment about James when asked about who he wants to play with at this year’s All-Star Game, saying, “It would be fun to [play with LeBron at the All-Star Game] before he gets his old ass outta here.”
Randle also mentioned LA Clippers star Paul George as one player he would like to play alongside in the All-Star Game, citing their friendship outside of basketball as a reason why. Having a very solid year for the Knicks, Randle earned his place in this year’s All-Star Game, and now wants to make the most of it by playing alongside players like LeBron James and Paul George.
This year’s All-Star weekend will be star-studded like always, but there will be some unfortunate injury absences as well. Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson, and Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant will all miss the All-Star festivities with injuries. Three of the most exciting players in the game, it is very unfortunate that Steph, Zion, and KD will all be sidelined, but there are still several others players who are worth watching in Utah this upcoming weekend.
For Julius Randle, he just wants a chance to play with LeBron James.
