Taking a look at everything you need to know before the NFL Scouting Combine.
The 2023 NFL offseason is here.
Following the Kansas City Chiefs’ 38-35 comeback win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII, all 32 teams have shifted gears towards next season. From possible roster cut causalities to free agency, the NFL Scouting Combine and everything in between, teams are looking at what lies ahead.
The first plan of attack will be the NFL Scouting Combine, which is set to get underway at Lucas Oil Stadium on Feb. 27 and wrap up on March 6.
The top prospects at each position will show off their talent during the on-field portion in which team executives, head coaches and scouts will document their efforts. Prospects will also go through medical checks and meet with teams in an interview-style procedure.
The on-field workouts will be held from March. 2-5. NFL Network will have coverage of each day’s session.
Here’s a breakdown of the on-field portion of the NFL Scouting Combine schedule:
Thursday, March 2 – 3 pm ET: Defensive line and linebackersFriday, March 3 – 3 pm ET: Defensive backs and specialistSaturday, March 4 – 1 pm ET: Quarterbacks, wide receivers, tight endsSunday, March 5 – 1 pm ET: Offensive lineman and running backs
