Chargers News: L.A. Makes Estrella Their Hispanic Media Partner

For all my Spanish speaking friends out there who love the Bolts, good news! The Chargers have just brought in Estrella Media to cover all your Chargers TV and radio needs.

But don’t get too excited yet, Estrella Media will be covering all the pre-season games for the Chargers and no word yet on regular-season games. Hmmm.

On Tuesday, the company announced that it has signed a multi-year partnership with the Los Angeles Chargers for both radio and television coverage in Spanish.

President of Business Operations for the Bolts had this to say regarding the deal:

“Estrella Media is one of the largest U.S. producers of Spanish-language television content, and their vision for how they want to incorporate the Chargers across their media platforms has everyone in our organization excited. We are proud and excited to welcome Estrella Media to the Chargers family.”

In addition to all preseason games, KRCA-62 will also be having pre/post-game shows for these exhibition games. During the regular season, a weekly Chargers show will be seen throughout the year.

To add more joy, Estrella Media CEO Peter Markham commented on the deal as well:

“We are excited to partner with the Los Angeles Chargers organization as their exclusive Spanish-language broadcaster and media partner. Diversity and community engagement are core values for both of our organizations, and we strongly believe this will be a great partnership. We are proud to be part of the powder blue and gold family and look forward to doing extraordinary things together for Latino Chargers fans in Southern California.”

The NFL season is upon us (if the “Rona don’t mess this up too) and Bolt fans should be even more eager to watch their LA team.
